Bio

“ I have been singing since I was a little girl, first in choirs and then in stage productions. I have always loved singing, performing everything from classical to rock and pop music. My confidence on stage blossomed when I started singing in bands, and I love the feeling that comes with entertaining a live audience. I have performed at a variety of venues including O2 Academy Islington, Bournemouth International Centre, and the Royal Albert Hall. I enjoyed three years as the front-woman for a symphonic metal band, and provided guest vocals on a UK tour before joining Daisy & The Wedding Toasters. Performing charity events and weddings are great because everyone gets on the dance-floor, and I particularly enjoy presenting bandeoke and supporting people to come and sing with the band on stage. My favourite gig with Daisy & The Wedding Toasters was performing alongside the stars of Strictly Come Dancing for the Southampton charity edition of the show!”

Bio

“I started learning guitar at school which had a fantastic music program and enabled me to get started with one-on-one guitar lessons. I quickly developed a passion for playing and formed a band with close friends, making the final for a local battle of the bands competition. In the following years I played in a variety of metal bands, from grunge, to heavy metal and thrash, with a playing style that took influence from Mark Morton (Lamb of God) and Mick Thomson (Slipknot). A few years ago, I joined Seventh Seeker with Daisy and Selina, as their newest guitarist. The band went on to play venues including The O2 Academy Islington. After joining Daisy and The Wedding Toasters, I quickly found a new love for performing popular cover songs as well. I also love the excitement of the crowd as they persuade each other to come on stage and sing with us at bandeoke events.”

Bass & Vocals

Bio

“I was 15 when I was first on stage playing Drums for a pop-punk band so music has always been a huge part of my life. I have been playing percussion since I was 11 years old, achieving grade 6 in Trinity Drum Examinations before leaving college and playing in local bands within the metal genres. During the past few years I have turned my attention to other instruments and a variety of music, and taken to playing Bass Guitar. I have discovered that the rhythmic skills I developed as a drummer also apply to playing bass – and I love the addition of harmonic rhythm that comes with playing bass. Being a part of Daisy and the Wedding Toasters has been so much fun and we have achieved so much as a band in a short space of time; working with wonderful charities helping to raise money for good causes, and meeting beautiful couples and wedding partiers who we have been privileged to play for on their special day. We have a positive and solid base in Southampton and wider Hampshire, so I hope we can continue to play many more events in the future.”

Drums & Vocals

Bio

“I’ve always loved music, and from the first time I picked up the sticks and started playing the drums 13 years ago I was hooked. Since then, I’ve achieved Grade 8 on drums, and am self-taught on guitar, bass, and piano. I’ve also recently started taking saxophone lessons, which I already love. I’ve played drums in a variety of rock and metal bands since school, which were always great fun and provided some amazing experiences. I absolutely love being part of Daisy and the Wedding Toasters. Not only do I get to face new musical challenges, but I also get to jam with my friends and perform on stage for some great audiences. I particularly love the challenge of arranging songs to suit our lineup, my favourite being when we adapted the drum and bass hit “Waiting All Night” for our 4-piece line up “
